Up close to the animals: stroke the soft fur of the delightful rabbits, feed the piglets their dinner and maybe even our old billy-goat will also enjoy a handful of hay.

We, the Preindl family, are also farmers – now in the fourth generation. Treating animals with respect is very important to us, as is a love for nature. That is why we turn our farm into an adventure farmyard every summer. Once a week, as part of our summer activity programme, we visit the farm animals where even the very smallest can learn what our cows prefer to eat and why sheep have to have regular haircuts.
All guests at the Dolomit Family Hotels can see our farm animals in their natural environment, offering them unforgettable impressions and experiences. And don’t forget that an occasional spider’s web is just as much a part of all this as the “country air”. After all it’s a working farm, not a picture book!
