The kitchens of the Dolomit Family Hotels are a place where many flavours meet: down-to-earth, hearty Alpine cooking, light and fresh Mediterranean cuisine and delicious international classics.
We use regional, fresh produce in our kitchens and serve this to our guests. Preferably, of course, supplied directly from our farm.
In the morning it starts with honey from local beekeepers, homemade jams, and eggs from contented farm chickens. A light lunch will leave enough space for a homemade dessert from South Tyrol and the Puster Valley in the afternoon. And, in the evening, a delicious 4-course menu of choice provides the highlight.

We prepare delicious baby food from fresh fruit and vegetables for our smallest guests.
There are varied hot-food kids’ menus for hungry children.
And we can of course take into account the special dietary preferences or restrictions of all our guests. We can therefore serve dishes that are suitable for allergy-sufferers as well as gluten-free products from Dr. Schär.
And, at the end of a day of culinary treats, Dad can savour a glass of fine red wine while Mum sips an exotic cocktail or a smooth gin, taking time for a grown-up conversation in one of our seven snugs at the Alpenhof or in the spacious, stylish bar area at the Garberhof.
